Julia was the perfect example of customer service: extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I would give her 10 stars if they were available. I was having a hard time transferring my husband's phone and number. The old carrier gave me the wrong account number. Another reason to leave them. I am not very technical so she was what I needed during this stressful situation.

I like everything exactly. The option for each plan and each month. I can't change and save the time about customer service. They are day I'll help us too much. That's why I buy line for myself. Actually do line for myself and for my family. 3 line meaning totally 5 lines. Because everything is cheap and fast and 5G. And I like it everything. I love the customizable plans that are so reasonably priced. Great for my young teenager who needs to be able to communicate but not have full access to data. I could even use an old phone! Thank you for making it easy!
