Reception and Support for a great price!

I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price. Amazing rates without any hassle

I've been with Tello for about a year. The pricing is excellent, and you can quickly reach Customer Service if needed. Set up was quick and easy. I had an ongoing problem with photos and websites not loading while on data. It did take several attempts to solve but yesterday I talked to the right person and she solved it in 10 seconds. Now the service works perfectly again and I'm sticking with Tello. No nonsense, no headaches. Highly recommend.

Very Cost-Effective

Though the Tello set-up took some time, once it was set up, I have had trouble-free phone access. It's cost-effective and the billing is automatic. I love this Tello service. I give it 5 stars despite the set-up challenges.
