I recently purchased a new phone (NUU X10) from Tello, everything from purchase to activation, went smooth. We have 4 lines on Tello, 2 numbers ported and 2 numbers new. I've been using my service for over a year now. I have it in some of our less-demanding technology. I have not had service interruptions, but it has been a challange to get the PIN updated. they also see to change plans reguarly . because these two thing i gave them 4 stars
