My iphone suddenly needed service …

My iphone suddenly needs service while I’m traveling overseas, and the service folks asked me to make sure my Esim is backed up. I couldn’t find my original package, and Apple has no procedure for doing that. So, I contacted Tello via the app to find out what to do. They gave me crystal clear instruction via email within 30 minutes. Then, I saw in the procedure that I needed my security PIN, which I forgot long ago. I contacted them again in the app, and within minutes I got clear instructions to follow and I got a new PIN! Thanks to Dana and all the customer service team at Tello. I’m never disappointed.

I could not be happier with everything…

I could not be happier with everything I have experienced (so far) with Tello. Before I was a customer, the human-to-human on the telephone service was and remained nothing but outstanding during various calls as I was learning about becoming a new customer. The website and online communication were also very good. I was especially amazed when I had to delay my switching plans and Tello giving me a refund with no argument or issue after I had signed up, but got new information to hold me from completing the switchover for a couple of months. I look very forward to returning and will be singing Tello's praises to all who will listen. Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!

I hesitated trying a cheaper phone company for years. BIG MISTAKE I've been saving $58 a month for over 2 years now without any problem at all.

I spent $68 a month for years but I didn't send many texts or spend a lot of time on calls. I thought for years about trying one of the cheaper phone companies and I really regret not doiing it sooner because I have been paying $10 a month for about 2 years now and haven't had even one problem. I told my sister about it and she even recently asked me the name of the company I use. She is hesitant to make the switch the same way I was. If people knew the truth EVERYONE would swith to Tello. I'm saving over $600 a year and I'm sure most people have a more expensive plan than I did because I had the minimum amount of texts and minutes that I could get by with. i've posted on Facebook several times about my experience with Tello but not even one person has tried it out. They seriously need to find a better way to market their service, maybe first month free or something, anything to convince people to at least try it. Tello, feel free to use my review with my full name.
