Great customer support! I was charged in accordance with my plan which i failed to cancel. I sent a request to reimburse me the charged amount because i was outside of the US and could not use the service. No extra questions were asked, the charge was reimbursed within an hour from my request. This is a clear sign of customer care and high level of ethics and efficiency. They could leave the charge and cancel it form the next month because i failed to cancel my plan, but they reimbursed me. This is how businesses should be. Great company!

Having a single line of cellphone to cost under $15 is a huge help to my budget and I even have international calling options if needed. I use my phone almost strictly to make & receive phone calls. It is my road phone since it can be hard to find a pay phone. Phone service has been excellent and I have never had a problem with the service. My plan has only 5gb of data but I use data only when I need to find something when I am away from home.
