Tello has been exceptional in its service and reliability. To the best of my recollection, we have never had a dropped call, or any problem at all since we began using Tello, and the cost is low.

We have been with Tello for almost 2 years now. The pros: we haven't had any service interruptions and I can email support and not be stuck on the phone all day. I have as good of coverage as I did with AT&T. Cons: sometimes the data does not penetrate into certain buildings where I had coverage before and the unlimited plan is not really unlimited. I thought it was supposed to just slow down at certain limit, but we were charged for 1 GB of data on the unlimited plan.

Everything is made so easy!

Just added a second line for my elderly dad and it couldn't have been easier! Buying and activating an eSIM, porting over his old number and then deleting the old profile... all very intuitive and simple to do for his existing iPhone, with just a little guidance from the Tello help line folks. They are available 24/7 and there was a real human to speak to at every step if I needed, with very little waiting. They were patient, polite and a pleasure to work with <3 Thanks, Tello team, for making a daunting task so painless!
