My iphone suddenly needed service …

My iphone suddenly needs service while I’m traveling overseas, and the service folks asked me to make sure my Esim is backed up. I couldn’t find my original package, and Apple has no procedure for doing that. So, I contacted Tello via the app to find out what to do. They gave me crystal clear instruction via email within 30 minutes. Then, I saw in the procedure that I needed my security PIN, which I forgot long ago. I contacted them again in the app, and within minutes I got clear instructions to follow and I got a new PIN! Thanks to Dana and all the customer service team at Tello. I’m never disappointed.
