Costumer service is awesome always very helpful and one of the best options in Tello is that we can choose what plans we need and what comfortable for us with all different price. I am very happy with Tello and I recommend to all people who can’t pay $200 or $300 dollars every month . Tello is best option for them and whom want to save money good for them also. Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).
