Tello has been an exceptional service provider. I had a very frustrating experience setting up a device today and when I called in, Liliana was patient and persistent with solving my problem. I almost gave up but she never did. Simply excellent customer service. I spoke with multiple companies to resolve this issue and none came close to passing the bar set by Liliana and Tello today.
