Amazingly smooth process and Transfer of Phones

The phone arrived quickly, and the changeover from my older Moto G was almost automatic. It transferred everything and reinstalled all of my programs. You just need to have both phones logged into the same router. I turned them off and moved the SIM card from one to the other. You just sign into Google at some point. The hardest part in the process is getting signed in to all of the websites you've used. I'm pretty happy about it. I wait a long time between phones. So this one is faster as well, which is nice. And the old one was full, and I went from 32 to 128 GB of RAM. So no worries, I'm a happy camper.

Still loving Tello years later!

I switched to Tello years ago, and I’ve never looked back. The service has been consistently excellent with strong signal, no dropped calls, and reliable data wherever I go. It’s rare to find a carrier that stays this good over time, but Tello delivers. The pricing is unbeatable. I’m paying a fraction of what I used to, and I’m getting better service. Plus, their customer support is always human and always available with kindness and care, no runaround. Tello is easily my favorite carrier. Affordable, dependable, and genuinely customer-focused. If you’re thinking about switching, do it. You won’t regret it.

Works abroad.

I switched to Tello because I was leaving with 2 USA phones that didn't want to lose. My previous company told me I could after a while of roaming. When I arrived I needed it in the airport but it didn't work for a few hours. It's kind of complicated to me to understand the way my plans worked to get either internet, or the calls or the messages. Now I got the unlimited plan for both numbers and I hope is working with no more maneuvers. Customer service is excellent so I would advise somebody in my situation to do the same.
