Customer friendly and value for money.

Tello service is straightforward, customer friendly and value for money. None of the all too frequent upsell push. Tello customers are enabled to dial-up or dial-down service to meet needs as they evolve. Tello's roaming service outside North America is less than great but there are e-SIM providers available to fill that gap.

I've been using Tello for about eight weeks and have been rather satisfied. Flexible plans, fitting my needs, ability for roaming, clear billing statements, easy to understand and use website, international roaming, reliable connection. Compared to the previous carrier I used incomparably better pricing and service.

A voice in the dark brought me to the light.

I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!
