I love Tello because we can add data when we run out and the graduated price/GB scale is entirely reasonable. Adding DATA was easy. I also appreciate the clients ability to share data even though I haven't used it yet. This is the way I would run a company: Give the customer options at a fair price and NOT try to coral them into something they don't want for too much money.

I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much! Best MVNO in the market

Best MVNO in the market. Excellent service, fair flexible pricing and pretty awesome customer service. It’s also the only MVMO I’ve found where your minutes and data still carry over the next month (as long as you pay in time). They also don’t give you hell or make it difficult if you want to port out your number (I did with one of my business lines) and don’t charge you for it like others. Highly recommended.
