Tello has been an exceptional service provider. I had a very frustrating experience setting up a device today and when I called in, Liliana was patient and persistent with solving my problem. I almost gave up but she never did. Simply excellent customer service. I spoke with multiple companies to resolve this issue and none came close to passing the bar set by Liliana and Tello today. Excellent value and service.

I like everything exactly. The option for each plan and each month. I can't change and save the time about customer service. They are day I'll help us too much. That's why I buy line for myself. Love the flexibility

Love the flexibility. The app is easy to use. Due to my travel schedule, I need flexibility in my package (frequent changes due to extended travel abroad) and Tello gives me that flexibility. Would appreciate if (a) the lowest package was closer to zero (basically not used for a period of time when abroad), and (b) prorate at the time of changing plans (don’t lose previous $$ credit just because I change part way through the cycle).
