The BEST customer support anywhere

I was in SE Asia and could not connect to the local carrier for data. I was in a complete jam. The Tello Team helped me via phone and email and never gave up until they got my phone and Android OS to work on the local carrier network. NO cellphone company would ever work that hard for a customer in a jam. Tello support is the BEST.

Better than Google

The customer service rep that stayed on the phone with me for like an hour was the best and extremely patient. I was trying to add an esim to a Google Pixel 3 watch and having issues is why I called. Long story short, it didn't happen and thru no fault of the rep. I called Google next and guess what? They couldn't figure it out either. Pretty sad. I returned the watch yesterday and have a Galaxy watch coming today.

I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much!
