The customer service rep was OUTSTANDING. I was having issues setting up the two new phones and he was so nice, kind, and understanding and ensured both phones were activated all ok. It took a lot of time because I was unsure how to set it up. This person deserves a big pay raise!

I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!
