Spoke to a representative named Michael. He helped guide me through the process of resolving my issue, and his customer service skills were PHENOMENAL. He helped guide me through a tough tech issue, and he showed a great deal of patience and genuinely wanted to help. I was very impressed considering that most reps with other companies just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Michael's the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. (And for the record, I've spoken with 2 other Tello reps, and they were great as well, so props to Tello!)

Was having trouble accessing my account (primarily my fault) the customer rep I spoke to was very courteous and understanding even though I felt I deserved derision for being so foolish. He helped me stet by step to get connected and to take care of my business on my account.
