My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. We have loved tello since day one. Straight forward and simple. Tello plan prices and service are the best out of any other provider. Customer service is top notch. We will always recommend tello to other looking to switch and save money.

Best MVNO in the market

Best MVNO in the market. Excellent service, fair flexible pricing and pretty awesome customer service. It’s also the only MVMO I’ve found where your minutes and data still carry over the next month (as long as you pay in time). They also don’t give you hell or make it difficult if you want to port out your number (I did with one of my business lines) and don’t charge you for it like others. Highly recommended.
