Mishelli was friendly and HELPED me-though I still don't know the CAUSE of my service disruption-I had no gmail the next day on my TELLO device -it took me 45 minutes tpf angst to fix this-I am 67-but would have been lost without Mishelli's help-in BOTH spanish AND english!! Gracias a DIOS!

Julia was the perfect example of customer service: extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. I would give her 10 stars if they were available. I was having a hard time transferring my husband's phone and number. The old carrier gave me the wrong account number. Another reason to leave them. I am not very technical so she was what I needed during this stressful situation.
