We received live great customer service from Maurice. He's courteous, professional, and friendly, and we got the result we wanted, which was getting a desired phone number ported into a new phone we purchased from Tello. Thank you, Maurice. I'll add that the new phone is a refurbished Samsung A14. I was hesitant about buying a refurbished phone, but it works great, and I would recommend it. Tello makes excellent phone service affordable again, yay!

I was having some trouble setting up my new watch with my tello service but the customer service team was extremely persistent in helping me figure out what I needed to do to get it working! Their email communications were very detailed and easy to understand which made a somewhat difficult process (with the wear app) doable. Thanks again team for your continued support!
