I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!

I love Tello. Good coverage and excellent value. One great feature, Hot Spot is included. In the family we also have Cricket which I do like but is has gotten hard to navigate website and Hot Spot is an additional $30.00 a month. Thank you Tello

Genuinely helpful customer support

Customer service is prompt, and unfailingly polite and helpful. The "worst" experience I ever had over several years was simply calling at a time/day when I couldn't immediately connect with an agent and so got voicemail instead. Every other time, they sorted out my issue/misunderstanding/whatever with no fuss. It's a serious relief to know that customer support isn't going to be a waste of time, stressful, or fail to resolve problems.
