My sister is not tech-savvy and threw away her SIM activation code when she received her new Tello number. I thought I would need to buy another SIM card, since I couldn’t activate that one. I was reluctant to contact the support team by email because I needed to solve the issue as soon as possible, but I gave it a try anyway. To my surprise, I got a super fast response with detailed, step-by-step instructions from the support team, which helped me solve the problem and saved me from buying another SIM card/plan. This is the second time I've ever needed support from Tello, and I can honestly say they’re excellent in that area. Daniella, Olivia, Estella — thank you for your kind responses and proactiveness. You made my day better!

I accidentally started a new account…

I accidentally started a new account (after my BofA debit card changed) Then my Tello phone went down. The young woman that just helped me was super sharp and knew exactly how to fix it -- and was wonderful walking me through it. Thank you so much!
