The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5…

Very good product, with flexible plan options and great quality. I especially appreciate the calling app, which solves the issue of poor call quality caused by weak carrier signal. Calls made through the Tello app are very clear. Also, Tello’s choice of a blue-themed design is very pleasant to look at. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because Tello tends to suspend accounts too easily, often without sufficient reason, and once an account is suspended, there is no way to appeal or recover it. This is the only downside so far.

Works just like any other plan

I notice the data is faster then my previous plan. So far I haven't had any problems. I'm glad I switched over to Tello.
