I get great reception and customer support for a very low price. Recently, I told a young person what I pay, and she replied, "Oh, you must have a flip phone!" She was amazed that I have a smart phone with lots of memory for less than many folks pay for a flip phone. And I was able to upgrade recently to a better phone for a reasonable price. Tello's prices and communications are excellent

Tello's prices and communications are excellent. I never have to wonder when I'm going to get charged or how much my bill will be. Everything just stays the same which is exactly how I like it. My only complaint is with the actual signal. Since I've been on Tello's network, I have more connectivity issues when in urban areas that are on a more modern radio standard.
