Trying to Do the Impossible

I was told that when I returned to the USA for the winter, I could reactivate my SIM card from last year. I tried for 2 hours to get that work without any success. I asked some helper online and they told me to do what I had been trying to do. Finally, I asked for a response from the Help Line. They told me that I cannot reactivate a SIM card that has be deactivated. They were very friendly and indicated they would send a new SIM card in the mail, which I should receive within 3 - 5 business days. I have not received it yet but this is day 4, so I anticipate it will be there tomorrow. Next time I will order an e-SIM card.

I was having a real issue getting my sim to transfer over to my new phone. I called customer service and once I was able to speak with someone they went above and beyond Toto assist me. Very detailed and helpful with getting my account straightened out and getting the eSIM on my phone. Excellent service!!
