Inexpensive, support when needed and it works. My son gets reception when Verizon do... Inexpensive, support when needed and it works. My son gets reception when Verizon doesn't. We tweaked our service choices to just the right price. That's an improvement.

Not only did she help me find the cause of the issue, she went above and beyond by remaining on the phone as I resubmitted the request. Her knowledge, professionalism, and friendly nature shone brightly.
