Considering their customizability and possibility of achieving really low monthly cost if you need the bare basics, their service is great. Also, one of the main reasons I use them is the ability to switch between physical sim and ESIM as much as I want or move to another device without even having to reach out to support and can do everything right in my dashboard. If they did not have this capability I would possibly go somewhere else. This is a unique benefit they offer that I'm not sure many others have.

While trying to port out I had a difficult time with the pre-programmed questions that you think I need to help me. They were not helpful. My phone was broke and they kept sending information that I could not access. I finally found a phone number. The first person said go to the web site. The second person took the time to walk me through the process. Thanks To him I was able to get the information I needed. He has GREAT customer service!
