Great customer service!

Good experience but when a customer upgrades, let us know that we need to call in to customer service to have them reset our account from Tello. I’ve noticed when I upgraded from a cheaper plan to the unlimited plan, I didn’t see the full changes until I called in for a reset of my Tello account. All was great afterwards! Good service at an affordable price! Great customer service too!!

Tello is a great experience! Most every process is automated, and the customer service is there if and when you need it. If Tello coverage fits your needs, there is no need to look elsewhere.
