The price is unbeatable

The price is unbeatable, I don't even care that I use less than 1% of my data. Calls are reliable and with no problems that I can attribute to Tello when there's a bad connection. When I take a road trip once in a while there are no extra charges, but it would be nice to know what they would be if I traveled more often.

Spoke to a representative named Michael. He helped guide me through the process of resolving my issue, and his customer service skills were PHENOMENAL. He helped guide me through a tough tech issue, and he showed a great deal of patience and genuinely wanted to help. I was very impressed considering that most reps with other companies just want to get you off the phone as soon as possible. Michael's the best customer service rep I've ever interacted with. (And for the record, I've spoken with 2 other Tello reps, and they were great as well, so props to Tello!)

I'm happy with the phones and service

I'm happy with the phones and the deal I got from the company. I wanted good smartphones that did the basics, and the site recommended just what I needed. Speaking with the service team helped me get exactly what I wanted. The only reason not to give 5 stars is the fact that I had to separately claim for the offered cash back deal, rather than it being automatic, and this info wasn't stated anywhere.
