I recently had my iPhone repaired so my Esim with Tello was removed from my iPhone. When my iPhone was returned to me, I was struggling to get my esim to reload. The phone team at Tello were so helpful, patient and knowledgeable. They assisted me in getting a new QR code, explained the steps necessary to get the esim working on my repaired phone and also how long the process would take. I am giving them 5 stars however if 10 stars were allowed, I would give them 10 stars!

Very knowledgeable, patient and truly listen to what my issues were. She took the time to help walk me through everything. From confirming account details and waiting while my slow wifi logged on to my email. Explain what happened with a sim purchased and resolved the mess I made. This why live people matter and it was truly wonderful and reassuring to have someone like this take my call and provide stellar customer service.. thank you
