I've always had good experiences with Tello customer service representatives. Some better than others, of course. But, today it was Julia who was simply fantastic! I had trouble porting back over to Tello. Another rep said my phone was locked (it wasn't). Julia handled this worn-out customer with deft patience, attention, clear direction, and tenacity! She is A++. Do show her that you recognize her for these valued attributes when her next review is due, and reward her with a generous wage increase sooner rather than later. Thank you.
