It was easy to order but unexpected set up difficulties

It was easy to order. The plug that came with phone did not work; phone did not charge. Not possible to realize this without turning on phone. Swapped bad plug out for another USB plug and that worked. It was incredibly difficult to figure out setting up new account with apple product - definitely not intuitive. Plug that didn't work was labeled made in China. Maybe plug not designed for 60 Hz.

I am a Tello customer. My old Samsung phone was no longer working. So I decided to buy a new one but I didn't know what kind of phone to buy that is compatible with Tello. I talked with Mauricio and he spent a long time with me on the phone searching for one that worked for me. I told him I am a 75 y.o. grandma. A voice in the dark brought me to the light.

I switched to Tello a month ago when my phone stopped connecting outbound phone calls. I borrowed a phone to call customer service and Alison Claris kindly, patiently, professionally and expertly diagnosed the problem which was a residual eSIM that needed to be removed. Voila, Back to chat!
