Out of service for four days

I had been without phone service for 4 days. An employee who I spoke to at about 1030PM Saturday night was able to talk me through getting my phone working again. He was knowledgeable and patient. I wish I had asked his name. But he is a great asset to Tello. I was at my wits end being unable to type in all the PUK codes I could and nothing worked. He was able to walk me through getting my phone working again. It was on an APPLE SE phone first generation. I have had it since it was new. And it still looks new as it has always been in a case. I did not want to give it up. But this Tello employee was the most helpful person I have ever come into contact with.

The human touch

Very knowledgeable, patient and truly listen to what my issues were. She took the time to help walk me through everything. From confirming account details and waiting while my slow wifi logged on to my email. Explain what happened with a sim purchased and resolved the mess I made. This why live people matter and it was truly wonderful and reassuring to have someone like this take my call and provide stellar customer service.. thank you

Tello is affordable and dependable

I bought Tello so that I could call forward my previous land line to my cell phone and still receive the phone calls. The service has been consistent! The one time I needed technical support they understood my challenged and walked me through the fix! I highly recommend Tello to my friends who want good phone service at an affordable price.
