She was a great help getting our phones on, on her side. Of course porting the phones on our side took a long time. I’m an older guy so, yeah it was an all day process. One MUST remove the past carriers lines before Tello would work. Do not disconnect the wrong eSIM or you will be toast! Me? I verified 2 xs before removing past eSIM. All in all, I’m glad it’s done and working. Now, that I understand how it works, I will change my 3 phones if, a better deal comes along. But, for now all is super. Thanks to the Tello Girl from the Philippines as she worked with me for a long time. Salamat lang.
