I had a great experience with the customer service department. The representative who assisted me was extremely polite, professional, and patient. They listened to my issue carefully and resolved it quickly without any hassle. I am very satisfied with the excellent support provided!

I called 3 times- Got Lucas the last time and He's the Best!!

I called 3 times. The first time I called the fellow hung up accidently before I got my new number so my phone wouldn't work at all! I borrowed a phone and called again. This lady gave me the new phone number but didn't walk me through how to get it working on my phone. I asked her if there was anything else I needed to do and she said 'No'. Then I called using my friends phone one last time and Lucas answered. He needs to be in charge of teaching everyone how to handle changing a phone number. He is an Excellent customer service angel and helped me with the entire setup as well as, answered all my questions. I was able to receive and make calls after help with Lucas but not with the other two people. Thank you Lucas for helping me change my number and getting it to work. I had a scammer and I couldn't keep my old number. Blessings from Houston!
