Great experience when signed up new service with Tello

I just signed up with Tello. I experienced some issues during transferred my old phone # to Tello. I talked to Josy. She was very helpful & patient walked me through the set up. However, the call dropped and I had to call Tello again. I talked to Anwen Valverde. She is very helpful and check to make sure the new phone set up is okay. Overall, I'm very happy with Tello's customer service. These 2 ladies are the good examples of great customer service. Thank you

Great service provider!

Great service provider with the best prices around. Coverage and call quality is great, eSIM service work instantly, unlimited data plan is super fast(it is limited to 50G per month at full speed but I find this to be ample), international calls work without any hiccups(I tried 2 different countries I have friends in and call quality was great!) and customer service is useful and easily accessible(I called them at 11pm and somebody responded instantly, resolving my issue). I recommend tello to anyone looking for a hassle free mobile service, they offer everything one may need!
