I had the challenge to activate an eSimcard on my new Tello supplied Samsung Galaxy phone and was not able to make the service work despite working on it for days. Finally I decided to call the tello customer service and a gentleman named Abdrei helped me. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient guiding me through the indeed complicated steps I couldn't do by myself. Thank you Mr Andrei for your great support. My service is now up and running flawlessly.
