I had the privilege to work with a CSR by the name of Fabio on August 28th 2026 at around 1400 Houston time the man was very patient and very understanding. He took the time to explain my contract with my service and also my equipment limitations because I was using an old Google pixel phone. I have had a stroke and Fabio was kind enough to be patient with me when I had trouble remembering things or the difficulty in pronunciation he did not make me feel uncomfortable at all and I really am grateful for that thank you TELLO and Fabio for a great experience picking up a new cell phone Robert McGuire Houston TX

Now back to Tello!

We had a 3 line service with Tello for many years until they cut off the text ability of my wife's number. I called and they insisted that number or account never existed? Strange; it was paid for automatically every month for many years. So on to another popular provider for 3-4 times the cost. Calls dropped everywhere, even in the home. Called them and was told to seek another service. So-Back to Tello for us, hoping wall will go well as it did for many years before. Tello cost is unbeatable!
