I had an issue with my number, the customer support person on the line really did bey... I had an issue with my number, the customer support person on the line really did beyond expectation to resolve my issue. Even when I was giving up thanking her, she asked me to wait so that she can try other alternatives, and yes she did find a solution for my problem. Honestly this was the best customer support experience I have ever had

I paired up with Tello about 5 years ago, and it was just as good back then as it is ... I paired up with Tello about 5 years ago, and it was just as good back then as it is today in terms of value. You really can't beat $25 bucks a month for unlimited talk/text AND data. They have only gotten more generous as the years have passed - firstly by offering an upgraded 35gb of data replacing the old cap of 25gb. Then, they allowed for loyal customers to have rollover data. It's super and fulfills the need for above average usage without having to worry about being throttled too soon before your plan expires. In addition, when I just recently reached out to them about a phone line that I neglected to cancel myself, I sent them a message asking for a refund, explaining my situation for having ordered a new phone - they promptly responded and were sympathetic to my situation, giving me a refund without further questioning. It made my day to know that the staff behind the desks were not looking to nitpick or look for nuanced ways to undercut my problem. They immediately granted my refund request. It made me even more fond of the service and the company. I have never had issues with connection in my area of TN. Very grateful for the service.
