The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a... The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a few years and I was having problems getting to buy SIM cards from them. Their system would not OK my credit cards and this went on for hours on the phone and I tried to resolve it with no luck no help and I gave up and went over to tell. I am a senior so I had a few problems getting my number sent in. You know I think they call ported in and the operator Maria Mariva I think it is she was absolutely great when she straightened out the problems I was having and I couldn’t be more happy and my whole family will be switching to tell. Thank you, Ron.

I had spoken to one operato... I had spoken to one operator for about an hour.
I had spoken to one operator for about an hour and we could not get the phone working... I had spoken to one operator for about an hour and we could not get the phone working on the Tello network. So, I gave it rest for a couple of hours. I went ahead and factory reset the phone and had just a bear bones system on the phone. Then, I called back and was talking to Arwen. She was so helpful! She guided me through deleting the old eSim and setting up the new one. So, within about 20 minutes, we had the phone up and running and working great on calls and texts. You have a gem in Arwen. She was very kind and patient through the whole process of getting everything working correctly! I did not get the name of the first person I talked to. However, I have to say that she was very good and knowledgeable, and was also very nice and patient, so give her kudos too! Together, they both helped me to get everything up and running!
