Great service provider with the best prices around. Coverage and call quality is great, eSIM service work instantly, unlimited data plan is super fast(it is limited to 50G per month at full speed but I find this to be ample), international calls work without any hiccups(I tried 2 different countries I have friends in and call quality was great!) and customer service is useful and easily accessible(I called them at 11pm and somebody responded instantly, resolving my issue). I recommend tello to anyone looking for a hassle free mobile service, they offer everything one may need!

A very positive experience!

The customer representative I spoke with helped me navigate the system to add a new credit card to our account. I am not good with technology and she was extremely patient with me as we walked through the steps that would be simple for the average person. I was so grateful for her kindness and patience!
