Jamie was EXCELLENT. She was knowledgeable, spoke clearly, calmly and slowly. She was extremely polite and again understood our problem and worked deligently to solve it. I was also impressed at how quickly tello picked up the phone and a human answered which is an absolute luxury these days. I could not have been more impressed with the service tello provided.

First of all Misty was very pleasant and never complained or suggested that she was impatient with an old man that doesn't always understand what is going on. Second she was very precise in what she told me to do. Third she was efficient and persistent and got the job done. You are lucky to have an associate like that.
