Sergio started what i thought would be another arduous switch, but finishing up the o... Sergio started what i thought would be another arduous switch, but finishing up the other half with Laura L. was like getting something i needed done, accomplished, and looking back appreciating i was connected with Laura L. and Sergio, to complete my switch, in such a pleasantly, professional, patient, and thoroughly done manner, understanding, both tello's internal mechanics and process, and even able to walk me thru my phone, to complete my technical adjustments to complete the recieving tello's service and start up my accts. with tello. hopefully, one day tello will have it so, customers can be matched with excellent customer service associates with clients who request associates, such as Laura L. and Sergio, as their account manager. their excellence, professionalism, and all around proficiency is appreciated and worth personalizing! in the future, i hope im able to receive their most patient assistance!

The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a... The comment I have about is as a new customer. I was with another carrier for quite a few years and I was having problems getting to buy SIM cards from them. Their system would not OK my credit cards and this went on for hours on the phone and I tried to resolve it with no luck no help and I gave up and went over to tell. I am a senior so I had a few problems getting my number sent in. You know I think they call ported in and the operator Maria Mariva I think it is she was absolutely great when she straightened out the problems I was having and I couldn’t be more happy and my whole family will be switching to tell. Thank you, Ron.

Customer service when we have a problem with our phone, billing or need technical sup... Customer service when we have a problem with our phone, billing or need technical support. Tello seem to do well in these areas. I live in a highly populated Florida ciylty. I traveled to rural Tennessee and tested the basic services and was very satisfied with the tesults on my tello phone. Thank you Tello
