The customer service was great once I got through. My phone had broken and I needed to switch my line to my new phone. I had trouble logging in, though, since I couldn't do 2FA. I was able to do it in less than 30 mins. thanks to Mr. Mauricio Torrez. He was very helpful & patient.

Hi, I am still new to Tello and had a problem. I am sure I did the wrong thing, and then was blocked. After going through the help screens, I called Custom Service. I was surprised to quickly get to a person and was walked through the various steps to sort out my problem. The service staff solved the problem on the first walk through! I am very happy with the support.

I couldn't believe it!!

I was looking for an inexpensive phone plan and was sifting thru all the highly advertised ones and stumbled on Tello. I couldn't believe it could be true for such an amazing plan at such an affordable price!! And they have delivered!! I'm sticking with Tello and I tell all my friends about them. Why pay so much for all the same stuff. I'm so grateful for Tello!!!
