I can’t tell you enough how impressed I am with your customer service team. Or your support team.! Each and everyone is so pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable and skillful. They never show frustration over my accent or explanation. They were very patient and tried different approaches until the problem is resolved.

I needed to adjust my plan

I needed to adjust my plan - specifically, extending my existing plan by a couple of days so it would align with my travel dates. I only needed the boosted plan for one month, but my current billing cycle fell one day short of covering the day I needed it most: my taxi and airport journey. My original plan was to cancel and then reinstate with a new plan a few days later. Before doing that, I wanted to make sure this process wouldn't cause any long-term harm to my number, so I explained my intent and needs to the agent. They came back with a much better solution: agreeing to extend my current plan by a few extra days, free of charge, so I could manually select my own plan within the period I needed. This was excellent customer service. In fact, every time I've called, I've been very happy with the support I've received.
