I had a weird glitch where my eSIM got loaded onto two phones and Sam was able to reset my eSIMs so we could get both phones working before I had to leave for a 4 day trip. It was a bit of a wait to get a customer service rep on the line but once I got connected it was smooth sailing! It was nice getting to talk to an actual person for a change.

I've called Tello twice ever and they have always been able to fix my problem immediately. This time, it was a switch on Tello's end and my issue was fixed in less than a minute. I've also never had to wait very long. Also, the phone service is better than when we were paying 3 times the amount for Verizon.

Tello teaves MINT behind in customer service

Ulike Mint, I was able to speak with someone who was highly skilled and knowledgable and committed to resolving my problem. I have both Mint and Tello services on different lines and this contrasts so greatly over the terrible customer service being provided by Mint. It seems that after Xfinity acquired MINT, its customer service can no longer be relied upon.
