Subsequently thought about switching to another carrier, port number etc., but decided to stay with Tello because they are prompt, proactive and help you out. Best of economical, unlimited phone, text, web data I've found. $25? How you gonna top that?

Jose was phenomenal, he's truly a blessing. He had patience with me, and assisted me to the best of his ability. Definitely needs to be a manager to train on coming customer service agents. I'm literally blown away how fast he solved my problem of not having no service after switching to tello. He walked me through the entire process. The experience I had with Tello customer service, was just good to see as a first interaction with them.
