Generosity of company spirit. Tello gives me the feeling that they truly care about providing a service and not trying to increase profits by terrible customer service. The web site is easy to understand and the actual people who answer the phones are always polite and competent and it seems to feel like they are treated well by Tello. Happy to have a good job and not resenting the bosses or company policies. Fair and even. Competent and polite! Go Tello!

My experience with Tello was absolutely terrific because of the exceptional customer service I received from Franco. Being in my 80's, technology is very much a challenge. I need a relaxed, patient voice on the other end to walk me thru the maze of windows required. Franco was everything and more. He was so patient. calm, and savvy.
