Josue was so helpful. I wasn't clear on what I wanted and he was able to give me information and ask me the right questions in a patient manner until I made a decision on a product and plan. I appreciated his going the extra mile and giving me suggestions or other options to consider. I was initially thinking of using the SIM for one month but am now interested in keeping it and using it during my travels. As an HR Director, I recommend you keep a great employee like Josue. In fact give him a promotion and a raise. Such employees need to be recognised and appreciated.

Works using a ETROSS VolTE 8838 unit. Tello being T-Mobile sim, etross manufacturer did not know if it would work OK, because of testing only with ATT. Hooked up the ETROSS and it works with TELLO
