I am with Tello now good few years and never had a problem. I travel a lot and my sim works fine while abroad especially when connected to Wifi calls and text work fine.

Lucas was incredibly patient AND illustrative! At 77 years old and not very computer savvy, he was more helpful than ANYONE ANYWHERE has ever been over the phone! He never rushed me, but invariably took his time with me to explain things, frequently more than once! I HOPE that TELLO knows how valuable he is not just to TELLO’s customers, but to TELLO as well! I have never had assistance over the phone be this good and I pray that TELLO never replaces him with an Artificial Intelligence robot.
