We have had Tello for a year and and a half and they have been the best change we ever made from our previous cell phone company. Questions have always been answered and any tiny issues have been taken care of over the phone or within 24 hours. I only wish we kept the names of everyone who has been so kind when we called. Thank you to all the Tello representatives who have been awesome. ☆☆☆☆☆ star service.

Josue was so helpful

Josue was so helpful. I wasn't clear on what I wanted and he was able to give me information and ask me the right questions in a patient manner until I made a decision on a product and plan. I appreciated his going the extra mile and giving me suggestions or other options to consider. I was initially thinking of using the SIM for one month but am now interested in keeping it and using it during my travels. As an HR Director, I recommend you keep a great employee like Josue. In fact give him a promotion and a raise. Such employees need to be recognised and appreciated.

Worth Every Penny

I travel to the USA a fair amount, having a dedicated US chip makes reservations, paying for parking and lifein general easier. Tello are amazing, I buy an E sim prior to leaving and it works wonders on arrival, I can even use it in the UK over WIFI to call and make reservations from the UK before I leave. It is the best circa £25 I spend while away, unlimited texts calls and 50GB of data. I still take my UK mobile but turn this off during the night and use my Tello mobile as an emergency number should I be needed urgently at an unreasonable hour.
