The fact that I could reach a 'Customer Service Person' rather than recorded messages was excellent. Your customer service personnel are the most helpful, professional and accommodating people I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Yes, I had an issue with my Tello sim card but your customer service lady had it sorted in no time at all. Lovely people to deal with.

I spoke to your customer service agent Rossio. She is very respectful and quickly understood my concern and helped resolve it. She also kindly emailed me additional information regarding international travel and how I could use tello service for my calls abroad. I would like to thank Tello for having good customer service agents as I have always been answered and taken care of when I have called Tello support. Also, it is excellent that one doesnt have to go through the automated responses and options before being connected to a live agent. Appreciate it! Once again a big Thank you!
