I was unable to remember and reset my security pin to purchase new phones under my ac... I was unable to remember and reset my security pin to purchase new phones under my account because the phone number to send activation code to was completely dead and did not work. I called Tello customer support, and the representative was very professional, patient and walk me through what I needed to do to complete the process. With her assistance, I was able to purchase new phones .

Mr,Andres helped me settled down a difficult problem that theses past several months ... Mr,Andres helped me settled down a difficult problem that theses past several months I always one day early to renew my plan but this time due to some reasons the renew was neglected and the data rollover has been stopped, Mr.Andres patiently listened my report and gave me one time exception that he helped me to let my data roll over. I do appreciate Mr.Andres’ help, he is an excellent customer service staff,he set an excellent window for Tello company!
